This can be found using the 'About SecureDisc' button in the SecureDisc Console.

This can be found in Rimage System Manager as the first entry in the 'Control Center' listing. Example: PSS 8.2.1.0

This is the software application that generates the Rimage production job file which SecureDisc is attempting to encrypt. Example: QuickDisc.

Please describe the exact issue including any error messages and specific actions required to generate the error.

Please include the pplog file from the Rimage\Logs folder, the contents of the SecureDisc log, as well as any screen shots or other documentation to assist in troubleshooting.
